Hoping someone can help me with my ideapad z370 that won't take the bios update that is on the lenovo website. my system is running windows 7 64 bit so i downloaded the bios update 4acn38ww64.. Last night i attempted several times to update from bios version f4 to the newest bios version f6 for my gigabyte gaming 7 z370 motherboard. i tried using both the @bios and q-flash utilities.. Look for bios updates for your laptop on the lenovo site. if it is a recent laptop, most vendors will have an update sooner or later..
